CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or rebooking should be made 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a 30% non refundable booking fee. No-Shows will be charged the Full amount of service booked. *Late arrivals will only have a 10 minute grace period.* If you arrive late your appointment is subject to be cancelled or if approved only to go to the time it is scheduled to end.
